Notice of Public Meeting

The Gregg County Commissioner’s Court will meet to consider the approval of an aggreement with the law firm of Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson,  LLP as special consel to perform all legal services neccessary to collect unpaid fines, fees and court costs as provided in Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Artical 103.0031 and authorizing the execution of such agreement. The hearing will be held at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Commissioner’s Court on Monday, June 12, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. in the Commissioner’s Courtroom on the third floor of the Gregg County Courthouse, 101 E. Methvin St., Longview, Texas.
